Marcia Haller is a litigator who handles matters in state and federal courts and concentrates her litigation practice in medical malpractice, insurance defense, premises liability and personal injury matters.
As part of her medical practice, she represents hospitals and physicians in their malpractice litigation and also provides counseling and advice to try to avoid potential malpractice claims.
As part of her insurance defense practice, she handles cases of all levels of complexity ranging from motor vehicle accidents, homeowners insurance claims, slip and falls and other business related personal injury claims. She also represents insurance carriers in claims involving their insureds and policy interpretation matters.
She has completed the training and has been appointed to serve as an arbitrator, mediator and neutral evaluator for cases filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
When not in court, Marcia loves to take bicycling, kayaking, hiking and sightseeing trips all over the world.
