Matt McCullough's practice consists primarily of labor and employment advice and litigation for employers, as well as commercial litigation. In particular, he emphasizes advice to employers and litigation concerning Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, wage and hour matters, terminations and general employee relations and personnel matters.
Matt's commercial litigation practice includes a wide range of contract and other commercial disputes. His employment and commercial litigation practice includes proceedings before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Federal and State Departments of Labor, the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Board of Review and in state and federal courts.
Matt is actively involved in the community, presently serving as Board President of Northwestern Legal Services, Colgate University Alumni Admissions Representative, President of Board of Trustees of Wayside Presbyterian Church and Treasurer of the McDowell LaCrosse Boosters. Matt enjoys being involved in the activities of his two children, which over the years have included coaching ice hockey and soccer teams, and scouting.
