Roger H. Taft is a principal trial lawyer at MacDonald Illig who focuses his practice on employment litigation, including employment discrimination and wrongful discharge cases, and commercial litigation.

In his litigation practice, Mr. Taft represents clients in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New York as well as in federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Taft speaks, by invitation, at various continuing legal education and other programs addressing employment discrimination, federal court practice and related subjects.

Mr. Taft enjoys travel, golf and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
