Jon Woodard is a Registered Patent Attorney and a member of MacDonald Illig's Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Woodard focuses his practice on various areas of Intellectual Property, including U.S. and international patent and trademark prosecution, trade secrets, copyrights, technology licensing and tech transfer, IP enforcement, contract negotiation and international and domestic IP portfolio management.
A 1999 graduate of Penn State's Dickinson School of Law, Mr. Woodard also completed an advanced curriculum in IP Law at the UNH-Franklin Pierce Law Center.
