Susan Reiter has been representing creditors in both commercial and consumer matters for over 20 years. Her practice takes her to bankruptcy court and state courts throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania.
Ms. Reiter's practice includes all aspects of creditors' rights representation, from business bankruptcy reorganizations to residential mortgage foreclosures. Ms. Reiter's client base is diverse. She represents financial institutions, such as banks and credit unions, commercial landlords, trade creditors, and private individuals.
Representing creditors has required Ms. Reiter to interface with related practices, such as commercial transactions, general commercial litigation, and real estate. She has represented business and individual clients in commercial disputes over leases and contracts, mechanics' lien claims, and claims involving fraud and/or conversion.

As a member of the legal community, Ms. Reiter has volunteered her time to various bar association educational and charitable programs. She has served on numerous boards and advisory committees for various charitable organizations. She has also participated in panel discussions and other programs designed to educate and assist women business owners. Ms. Reiter is also an avid sports fan.
