Terry Jones is a trial lawyer who represents both individuals and insurance companies in significant personal injury cases and wrongful death actions both in the state and federal courts. His trial experience includes negligence actions, professional defense and product liability actions. In addition, Terry has frequently been involved as counsel in complex litigation, primarily class action matters.
Mr. Jones has often been called upon to act as mediator or arbitrator in serious personal injury and death actions. He has completed the ADR training program in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA and is called upon from time to time to act as a neutral evaluator, mediator or arbitrator by the parties to federal court actions.
