MacDonald Illig's Annual Spring Seminar will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the Bayfront Convention Center, 1 Sassafras Pier, Erie, PA.
We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our traditional seminar and will now feature presentations by MacDonald Illig attorneys on the following areas of interest:

-Labor & Employment Issues, including: Payroll Management Issues, Legislative Updates and Common Problem Areas
-Business Topics, including: Tax Law Update, Bankruptcy Issues and the Enforceability of Restrictive Covenants
-Workers' Compensation Topics, including: Legislative - Case Law Update, Risks Associated With Non-Essential Work Activities and a presentation on "Effective Risk Management in a Challenging Economy" by Joyce West, CPCU, ARM, Regional Risk Management Supervisor, Erie Insurance Group
You will have the opportunity to select and attend three different presentations from one or more of these four areas of interest. The Agenda is as follows:
