Attorney Lisa Smith Presta, along with members of the Federal bench and other counsel, recently spoke at the Erie County Bar Association's seminar entitled: Federal Court Practice: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.
Ms. Presta provided a review of recent updates to the Western District Local Rules and a practical primer regarding ADR procedures and strategies.
