MacDonald Illig served as special counsel to the Erie County Convention Center Authority in connection with the development of the Bayfront Convention Center and the Sheraton Bayfront host hotel. The Firm's involvement in these projects included real estate acquisition matters, leasing transactions, zoning issues, project contracting, financing and grant transactions, and litigation.
