Attorney Decker Wins Trial in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas

In April 2016, Attorney Bruce Decker successfully defended a commercial landowner in a civil jury trial.  The plaintiff pursued personal injury claims arising out of a February 2013 accident on the landowner’s property, alleging that the commercial landowner was negligent in the maintenance of its property and for not providing adequate lighting.  The landowner denied the allegations and further asserted that the accident was caused by the plaintiff’s own carelessness.

An Erie County Jury rejected the plaintiff’s claims and returned a verdict in favor of the commercial landowner on all counts.
