Attorney Decker Wins Trial in Warren County

Attorney Bruce Decker recently secured a defense verdict in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County.  The plaintiff claimed the defendant Banking entity and its Subcontractor were both negligent and in breach of their contractual and statutory obligations to properly maintain their property.  In addition to claims for personal injuries, the plaintiffs were seeking significant damages for lost business income.  The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendants on all claims.
