Defense Verdict in Premises Liability Claim

Attorney Decker recently secured a defense verdict for a Commercial Retail client.  The plaintiff alleged that he tripped and sustained disabling injuries to his knee from a defect in the parking lot.

The defendant has the parking lot inspected and repaired by a paving company on an annual basis and disputed the plaintiff’s description of the alleged defect.  

The panel returned a verdict for the defense on all counts.
