Lisa Smith Presta Speaks at Federal Court Practice Seminar

Attorney Lisa Smith Presta, along with members of the Federal bench and other counsel, recently spoke at the Erie County Bar Association's seminar entitled: Federal Court Practice: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

Ms. Presta provided a review of recent updates to the Western District Local Rules and a practical primer regarding ADR procedures and strategies.

The seminar was held at the Bayfront Convention Center on Thursday, March 12, 2009.
