MacDonald Illig Earns BTI Client Service A-Team Recognition for 2012

In the BTI Client Service A-Team Survey, MacDonald Illig Jones & Britton has been recognized “as an unparalleled leader in client service,” by the national consultancy’s 2012 report.

According to BTI Consulting Group President Michael B. Rynowecer, MacDonald Illig was singled out by corporate counsel in their interview process, making the Erie-based law firm one of only 306 nationwide to earn client recognition for superior client service. The BTI Client Service A-Team is limited solely to law firms whose clients delineate the firm as absolutely best at client service in an unprompted manner.

The BTI survey is based on interviews with more than 240 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies.
