Nicholas J. Holland to Teach Estate Planning Class at Mercyhurst University

MacDonald Illig associate Nicholas J. Holland will teach an estate planning class to upperclassmen at Mercyhurst University this year. The class is a study of estate planning law and process including methods of exclusion and valuation, deeds, forms of ownership, charitable transfers, business transfers, and postmortem techniques.
