Favorable Verdict in Compulsory Arbitration

Attorney Decker recently secured a favorable verdict in a premises liability case in Erie County.  The plaintiff injured her shoulder which required surgery after falling on a step in a commercial establishment.

The defense denied liability for the open and obvious condition and argued the comparative negligence of the plaintiff was the cause of the accident.

The panel returned a verdict under 500 dollars.
