Bio
Committed to providing targeted solutions to the estate and business planning needs of his clients, Kyle focuses on first developing a keen understanding of their circumstances and objectives. As a member of MacDonald Illig's Trusts & Estates and Business Transactions Practice groups, Kyle draws upon the Firm's deep resources to customize practical recommendations to assist his clients in their complex planning decisions. Prior to law school, Kyle attended Alfred University where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and his Masters of Business Administration. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2021. During his time at Villanova, he participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Kyle is pursuing his Master of Laws in Taxation at Villanova University, which he anticipates completing in the Summer of 2022.
Kyle focuses his practice on estate and tax planning and business law. No matter how complicated a particular estate, tax, or business matter may be, Kyle takes the time necessary to provide each client with clear and understandable planning options. Once a course of action is adopted, Kyle then works hand in hand with the client to make certain the plan is implemented and the client’s goals are met.
