Nick is an attorney at MacDonald Illig and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy matters, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Nick represents a wide range of parties involved in complex bankruptcy proceedings and works with clients to develop practical strategies that address financial challenges and business objectives.

Nick has focused his practice on bankruptcy and restructuring matters since returning to Erie in 2001. His work includes representing a wide range of stakeholders involved in bankruptcy proceedings, including corporate debtors, secured creditors, chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, unsecured creditors’ committees, and other interested parties.
