Experience and Professional Background

Mike joined MacDonald Illig as a partner in Fall 2023 after serving as a shareholder at Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized insurance defense firm. During his time there, he regularly represented clients in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and gained extensive experience in both adversarial litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.

Prior to his work in private practice, Mike served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office for four years. In that role, he gained substantial trial experience handling criminal matters, including homicide cases and felony drug and firearm offenses.
