Bio
Michael is a versatile and productive attorney with experience operating in corporate, international, and firm environments. He is comfortable moving from reviewing and revising contracts to managing confrontational disputes to resolution either through negotiated settlements or litigation.
Michael employs a client-centric approach to problem solving and is a member of the Banking & Real Estate and Business Transactions Practice Groups. He values the personal relationships he builds with his clients in order to support them not only in their immediate needs but to assist them in reaching their long-term goals. He enjoys serving his clients not only as a problems arise, but as a strategic partner and counselor with his client's best interests at the forefront.
Originally from Greenville, Pennsylvania, Michael earned his B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Duquesne University. Michael earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, along with a Certificate in International and Comparative Law. He was also a member of Pitt Law's Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team. Michael is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
