Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Gannon University. During her time at Gannon, she was actively involved in student leadership organizations focused on advocacy, service, and community engagement.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Rachel served as president of Women in Law and Leadership, where she focused on mentorship, collaboration, and professional development initiatives for future legal professionals.

Rachel is actively involved in both the Erie community and the legal profession. She serves as:
