MacDonald Illig Partners to Speak at IAAM District 2 Meeting

Senior partners Daniel M. Miller and Steven C. Beckman are scheduled to present at the International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM) District Meeting on May 30, 2009. The meeting is set to take place at the Bayfront Convention Center and will span the course of three days.

Mr. Beckman, a member of MacDonald Illig's Construction, Environmental Law, Business Transacations and Government Services & Public Finance Groups, will provide a thorough review of how to control constructions costs through proper contract preparation in a seminar entitled "The Project is How Much Over Budget?"

Mr. Miller, co-chair of MacDonald Illig's Labor & Employment Group and member of the Business Transactions Group will present "Hot Topics in Employment and ADA Law". Mr. Miller will lead a discussion to help the audience determine whether they are utilizing available tools to their highest extent in order to avoid headaches down the road and will explain how ADA laws affect your business and how they can best be addressed.
