Decker Secures Defense Verdict in Sexual Harassment Trial
Attorney Bruce L. Decker, Jr. recently won a defense verdict in a same sex sexual harassment trial in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas.
The male plaintiff claimed he was constructively discharged from his employment because of alleged ongoing harassment and abuse from other male employees. The plaintiff further claimed that he suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as a result of the harassment.
The Commercial Defendant denied the claims and vehemently contested the allegations at trial. The jury found against the plaintiff-employee and in favor of the defendant-employer on all claims.
