Bio
As an Erie native, Mike is excited to return to his home community and eager to make a difference. He is a member of MacDonald Illig's Business Transactions and Trusts & Estates practice groups. Mike is dedicated to helping his clients with corporate transactions, tax issues, and estate planning matters. His attention to detail, client-first attitude, and meticulous approach are all invaluable skills that prove beneficial to his clients.
Mike graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 2020. This business background gives Mike an understanding of small business management, financial statement analysis, and long term corporate success. Mike earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2022 with a concentration in business law. While in law school, Mike worked in the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic in the Community Development Clinic servicing local nonprofit clients. These experiences help him provide his clients with quality and practical legal advice.
