John Draskovic Serves on Faculty for Fall Section Meeting of PBA Workers' Compensation Law Section

Senior partner and Chair of MacDonald Illig's Workers' Compensation practice group, John Draskovic served on the faculty of the PBA's Fall Section Meeting panel discussion: Ethical Issues in Workers’ Compensation Practice.

This discussion focused on issues including: obligations and fairness to third parties (medical subrogation, union liens, Medicare, etc.), duty to exchange information (especially surveillance), and civility.
