Attorney Bruce L. Decker, Jr. Secures a Defense Verdict in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas

In October of 2012, Attorney Bruce L. Deceker, Jr. secured a defense verdict in the Erie County Court of Common Pleas. The plaintiff alleged that she sustained a fractured ankle and resulting pain syndrome after falling on the defendant’s property as a result of the defendant’s negligent property maintenance. The defense denied the claims and the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the defendant.
