Attorney Decker Wins Defense Verdict in Erie County

Bruce Decker, Jr., a partner in the Firm's Litigation department, won a defense verdict for his client in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County on June 19, 2013.  The plaintiff alleged that she sustained serious injuries to her ankle when she fell on commercial property and claimed that the property owner had been negligent in the maintenance of its property.   The defendant owner contested the allegations, and a jury of twelve returned a verdict in favor of the defendant on all claims.
