Attorney Nick Pagliari to Serve as President of Erie County Bar Association in 2021

MacDonald Illig partner Nicholas R. Pagliari, will serve as President of the Erie County Bar Association in 2021.  Mr. Pagliari served as First Vice President of the Bar Association in 2020, and has been a member of the board of directors for the past five years.  Mr. Pagliari also served as chair of the bankruptcy section of the Bar Association 2009-2011 and 2016.  He serves as the Chair of MacDonald Illig's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice group and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, bankruptcy-related litigation, collection, and foreclosure matters.
