Five MacDonald Illig Attorneys Recognized as Rising Stars in 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers®
MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton LLP is pleased to announce that associates Lydia Caparosa, Kyle Gallo, Emilie Swan Reinhardt, Ashley Solo, and Nathan Venesky have been selected to the 2026 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list. Attorney Caparosa primarily focuses her practice on municipal law, representing municipalities and private individuals. Ms. Caparosa has experience in a variety of municipal law areas, including public meetings, drafting and reviewing ordinances, resolutions and municipal contracts, Sunshine Act and Right-to-Know Law compliance matters, and representing municipalities and private individuals regarding ordinance and code enforcement, zoning, planning, development, and subdivision matters. Ms. Caparosa is an active member in the Erie County Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Council.
Attorney Gallo is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Business Transactions Practice Groups. His practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning, business succession planning, and business law matters. Attorney Gallo works closely with individuals and business owners to develop practical planning strategies tailored to their personal and business goals. He also earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University.
Attorney Reinhardt focuses her practice on estate, trust, and elder care planning, estate administration, tax planning, and real estate matters. Ms. Reinhardt is experienced in providing a strategic plan for her clients that accomplish their goals while also being tax effective and presents seminars on these issues frequently. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and a Board Member of Junior Achievement.
Attorney Solo works in the Commercial/General Litigation and Insurance/Personal Injury Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, workers’ compensation, tax assessment and tax exemption litigation, environmental matters, and general litigation. Ms. Solo’s experience includes involved client interaction, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting depositions; and participating in trials and other court hearings. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association. She is also a board member of Game Changer Sports Ministry and a member of Penn State Behrend’s Political Science Advisory Board.
Attorney Venesky is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. His practice focuses on civil litigation and employment-related matters, where he provides clients with thoughtful and detail-oriented legal representation. Attorney [Last Name] earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he gained practical litigation experience through the First Amendment Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Presidential Security Officer and received both the Presidential Service Badge and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his service.
