Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act Workshop for Contractors

The Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (“the Act”) takes effect on July 1, 2009, and imposes new duties on all residential home improvement contractors, as well as stiff penalties for non-compliance. Read more about the act in our Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act Client Alert.
