She is an experienced trial attorney and a fierce advocate for all of her clients. Attorney Korus is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Illinois.
Attorney Loper focuses her practice on banking and real estate matters and business transactions. She represents clients in matters involving commercial and residential real estate transactions, lending and finance, business acquisitions and sales, leases, and other commercial agreements and contracts. Attorney Loper is active in the Erie County Bar Association and a Board Member of Early Connections.
Attorney Reinhardt focuses her practice on estate, trust, and elder care planning, estate administration, tax planning, and real estate matters. She is experienced in providing a strategic plan for her clients that accomplish their goals while also being tax effective and presents seminars on these issues frequently. Attorney Reinhardt is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and a Board Member of Junior Achievement.
Attorney Solo is an associate at MacDonald and recognized for her work in commercial litigation and litigation – environmental. She is a part of the Commercial/General Litigation and Insurance/Personal Injury Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on general litigation, insurance defense litigation, tax assessment and tax exemption litigation, environmental litigation, and guardianship law. Attorney Solo’s experience includes assisting clients from pre-suit through trial, which encompasses drafting and arguing pleadings, motions, and briefs; strategizing during the written and oral discovery phase of litigation; and advocating for her clients at the time of trial or through ADR. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association. She is also a board member of Game Changer Sports Ministry and a member of Penn State Behrend’s Political Science Advisory Board and Penn State Behrend's Humanities and Social Sciences Advisory Board.
Attorney Venesky is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups and recognized for his work in commercial litigation. His practice focuses on civil litigation and employment-related matters, where he provides clients with thoughtful and detail-oriented legal representation. Attorney Venesky earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he gained practical litigation experience through the First Amendment Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Presidential Security Officer and received both the Presidential Service Badge and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his service.
