Attorney Cressman, a partner at MacDonald Illig, is recognized for his work representing business organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships), as well as for his work in education law and corporate law.  He works with nonprofit and for-profit businesses in a variety of industries and of varying size, from small single-member LLCs, to complicated family businesses, to large corporate entities. Attorney Cressman's practice focuses on general business work, including contract, tax, compliance, and employment issues, as well as transactional and business formation matters. Aside from advising businesses, he also focuses his practice on school law. Serving as a school solicitor, Attorney Cressman advises school districts on the wide variety of issues unique to public schools.

Attorney Korus is an associate at MacDonald Illig and is recognized for her work in litigation.  She concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, insurance defense, personal injury defense, and commercial litigation.  She is an experienced trial attorney and a fierce advocate for all of her clients.  Attorney Korus is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Illinois.

Attorney Micsky works in the firm's Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Business Transactions, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, and Government Services Practice Groups.  He has experience working with public and private clients of all sizes and types, both domestically and internationally.  In addition to his transactional work, he also handles contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation for his clients.  Attorney Micsky is active in the Erie County Bar Association and with various professional and community organizations.

Attorney Reinhardt focuses her practice on estate, trust, and elder care planning, estate administration, tax planning, and real estate matters. She is experienced in providing a strategic plan for her clients that accomplish their goals while also being tax effective and presents seminars on these issues frequently. Attorney Reinhardt is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and a Board Member of Junior Achievement. 

Attorney Schumacher is a partner with MacDonald Illig, and concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial, employment, estate, and medical malpractice litigation, practicing before both the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania.  She is the First Vice President of the Erie County Bar Association and current chair of the Civil Litigation Section. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a member of the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. Board of Directors.  She is actively involved in the Erie Community, assisting numerous non-profits, and a frequent speaker and author on issues of substantive law and practice.

Attorney Solo works in the Commercial/General Litigation and Insurance/Personal Injury Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, tax assessment and tax exemption litigation, environmental matters and environmental litigation, and general litigation.  Attorney Solo’s experience includes involved client interaction, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting depositions; and participating in trials and other court hearings.  She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.  She is also a board member of Game Changer Sports Ministry, a member of Penn State Behrend’s Political Science Advisory Board, a member of Penn State Behrend's Humanities and Social Sciences Advisory Board, and a Corporator for Hamot Health Foundation.
