The law firm of MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys James McDonald, Gary Eiben, Thomas Buseck and Brian Cressman have
joined the Firm. All four attorneys were previously attorneys at The McDonald Group.
Attorney James McDonald joins MacDonald Illig as a Partner in the Firm's Business Transactions, Litigation, and Government Services Practice Groups.
Mr. McDonald concentrates his practice in the areas of health care, business transactions litigation, education and municipal law, and insurance bad faith. Mr. McDonald has extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation matters before
Pennsylvania state and federal courts, and various administrative agencies, as well as before mediation and arbitration panels.
Attorney Gary Eiben joins MacDonald Illig as a Partner in the Firm's Litigation, Government Services, and Insurance/Personal Injury Practice Groups. Mr.
Eiben concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, health care, insurance, personal injury, environmental law, school and municipal law, and products liability.
Attorney Thomas Buseck joins MacDonald Illig as a Partner in the Firm's Trusts and Estates and Business Transactions Practice Groups. Mr. Buseck concentrates
his practice in the areas of business planning, trust and estate administration, taxation, contracts, and real estate. He assists individuals with preparing simple as well as complex estate plans and regularly advises executors and trustees in the
administration of estates and trusts.
Attorney Brian Cressman joins MacDonald Illig as an Associate in the Firm's Business Transactions and Government Services Practice Groups. Mr. Cressman's
practice focuses on a range of areas including business transactions, school law, real estate, estate planning, and litigation support.
