Experience and Professional Background

Jenna has significant experience representing businesses from startups to established companies in a broad range of transactions. She regularly handles residential and commercial real estate transactions and, as a licensed title agent, assists clients with title matters. Her financing experience includes representing clients in commercial lending, municipal finance, and other financing matters.

Her in-house legal experience at a Fortune 500 insurance company included advising on a wide range of corporate governance and compliance matters, financial reporting, tax and tax credit transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, and lending, among other general business, regulatory, and legal matters.

Jenna has experience representing health care providers on contractual and regulatory compliance matters, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute requirements, as well as licensing matters and government payment rate appeals.

At MacDonald Illig, Jenna is a member of the Real Estate, Banking & Finance, and Government Services Practice Groups. She has held various firm leadership roles, including past chair of the recruitment committee, coordinator of the summer associate program, practice group leader, and associate mentor.
